PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway DC voltage control system capable of performing energy saving by improving a regeneration rate of a train while appropriately controlling a DC voltage in a DC substation and in a feeding section or a feeding tie post provided between DC substations or in a regenerative power absorption device.SOLUTION: A feeding tie post 5 or a feeding section 7 provided between substations 3 of railroads of double tracks or more or a regenerative power absorption device 9 includes a control device 53 for controlling activation/opening of a switchgear 51. In the case where a train load is heavy and an average DC voltage is reduced, the control device supplies sufficient power by activating the switchgear 51 and connecting up and own tracks and in the case where the train load is small and the average DC voltage rises, the control device 53 improves the regeneration rate of the train by opening the switchgear 51 and reducing the average DC voltage. A constraint for operating the switchgear 51 is provided to suppress operation more than needed and when opening/closing the switchgear 51, settlement values of protective relays 37 and 57 are switched in accordance with a change in feeding circuit properties.
【課題】直流変電所、及び、直流変電所間に設けられるき電区分所又はき電タイポスト又は回生電力吸収装置の直流電圧を適切に制御し、かつ、電車の回生率を高め、省エネルギを可能にする鉄道用直流電圧制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】複線以上の鉄道の変電所3間に設けられたき電タイポスト5又はき電区分所7又は回生電力吸収装置9に、開閉器51の投入・開放を制御する制御装置53を設け、制御装置53が、電車負荷が大きく平均直流電圧が低下した場合には、開閉器51を投入し、上下線を接続して十分な電力を供給し、電車負荷が小さく平均直流電圧が上昇した場合には開閉器51を開放して平均直流電圧を下げ、電車の回生率を高める。開閉器51を動作させる制約条件を設け、必要以上の動作を抑制するとともに、開閉器51の開閉時には、き電回路特性の変化に合わせて保護継電器37、57の整定値を切り替える。【選択図】図1
