PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable for guiding people who cannot return home by public transportation because of the failure to catch the last train or other reasons with the cost effectiveness of traveling and sleeping taken into account.SOLUTION: A system for guiding people 1 having difficulty returning home, which includes a route presentation part 15, is designed to have a route DB 11, a cost DB 12, an accommodation DB 13, and a value DB 14 for storing economic value gained from traveling and sleeping searchable. The route presentation part 15, which searches the accommodation DB, the route DB, and the value DB, calculates sleeping time gained from each possible route from a first point as a departure point to a second point as a destination, calculates economic value gained from sleeping in a hotel and at home respectively on the basis of the sleeping time, and sums up the economic value from both as the total economic value. Searching the cost DB, the route presentation part 15 sums up costs needed for traveling and sleeping in a hotel as the total costs on a possible route basis and extracts one or more routes by which the difference calculated by subtracting the total costs from the total economic value is the greatest.

    【課題】移動及び睡眠の費用対効果を勘案した上で、終電時刻を徒過した等の理由で公共交通機関を利用しての帰宅が困難となった者を誘導することのできるシステムを提供する。【解決手段】帰宅難民誘導システム1は、経路提示部15を備え、経路DB11、費用DB12、宿泊DB13、及び、移動及び睡眠により得られる経済的価値を保持する価値DB14を検索可能に構成される。経路提示部は、宿泊DB、経路DB、及び、価値DBを参照し、出発地である第1地点から目的地である第2地点に至る経路候補毎に、経路候補に応じた睡眠時間を導出し、睡眠時間に基づき宿泊施設又は自宅での睡眠により得られる経済的価値を夫々求め、これらを合計して総経済的価値を算出する。また、費用DBを参照し、経路候補毎に、移動及び宿泊に要する費用を合計して総費用を算出する。そして、総経済的価値から総費用を引いた差が最大となる経路を含む1以上の経路を抽出する。【選択図】図1
