PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing position deviation detection device of an elevator car, and a landing position deviation detection method of an elevator car capable of detecting whether or not it is necessary to adjust positional deviation even during a maintenance interval, and notifying a manager of a deviation amount before it affects an ordinary operation of an elevator.SOLUTION: A landing position deviation detection device of an elevator car includes: a distance measurement sensor 21 disposed in a hoistway 1 for detecting a relative distance between a first reference position on a building side where shrinkage in connection with secular change occurs and a second reference position on a guide rail 2 side where shrinkage in connection with secular change does not occur, in a height direction of the hoistway 1; and a position deviation determination section 222c for calculating an amount of variation from an initial state as a relative position deviation amount based on the detected relative distance, and, when the calculated relative position deviation amount becomes a predetermined first threshold or more, outputting a warning to notify that it is necessary for a maintenance man to readjust the landing position deviation between a floor level on a landing floor side and a floor level on a car 6 side.
【課題】保守インターバル間であっても位置ずれを調整する必要があるか否かを検出でき、エレベータの通常運転に影響を与える前に位置ずれ量を管理者に報知することができるエレベータのかご着床位置ずれ検出装置、及びエレベータのかご着床位置ずれ検出方法を得る。【解決手段】昇降路1内に設けられ、昇降路1の高さ方向について、経年変化に伴う縮みが発生する建築物側の第1の基準位置と、経年変化に伴う縮みが発生しないガイドレール2側の第2の基準位置との相対距離を検出する距離測定センサ21、及び検出された相対距離に基づいて、初期状態からの変動量を相対位置ずれ量として算出し、算出した相対位置ずれ量が、あらかじめ設定された第1の閾値以上となった場合には、乗場階側の床レベルとかご6側の床レベルとの間の着床位置ずれを、保守員が再調整する必要があることを知らせる警報を出力する位置ずれ判定部222cを備える。【選択図】図1
