PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently cool a bearing of a hoist.SOLUTION: A hoist for an elevator is composed of a stator 1 having an armature coil, a shaft 6 provided to the central part of the stator 1, and a rotator supported by the shaft 6 coaxially with the stator 1 and rotatably disposed. The rotator includes a rotator core and a permanent magnet 2 in a circumferential direction of the rotator core and is composed of ducts 9 and 10 provided to blowers 3 provided to the outside of the stator 1. The blowers 3 exhaust air from the inside of the stator 1, and the ducts 9 and 10 are connected to exhaust ports of the blowers 3, extend to the neighborhood of a front bearing 4 and a rear bearing 5, and send exhaust air from the blowers 3 to the front bearing 4 and the rear bearing 5.

    【課題】巻上機の軸受を十分に冷却する。【解決手段】エレベータ用巻上機は、電機子コイルを有する固定子1と、固定子1の中心部に設けられたシャフト6と、固定子1と同軸にシャフト6に支持され回転自在に配置された回転子とで構成され、回転子は回転子鉄心と回転子鉄心の周方向に永久磁石2を有し、固定子1の外部に設けられた送風機3にダクト9、10を設けて構成され、送風機3は、固定子1の内部からの排気を行い、ダクト9、10は、送風機3の排気口に接続されて前軸受4、後軸受5の近傍まで延在し、送風機3からの排気風を前軸受4、後軸受5に送出する。【選択図】図1
