The wheel 40 for the step has a plurality of protrusions 41 on an outer peripheral surface. A virtual circle A formed by connecting tips of the plurality of protrusions 41 is larger than a circle drawn by an outer peripheral surface of the main wheel 30, and the lowest point of the virtual circle A is positioned as high as or higher than the lowest point of the outer peripheral surface of the main wheel 30.
