PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular drive unit capable of effectively cooling a rotating electrical machine by a relatively simple structure.SOLUTION: In a vehicular drive unit, a support wall 25 for supporting an input member 10, a frictional engagement device CL, and a radial extension part of a rotor support member 40 for supporting a rotor Ro are arranged in this order from an internal combustion engine side along an axial direction L. A guide oil passage 74 for guiding oil from an oil supply part 81, which is provided in the input member 10, to a rotating electrical machine MG is formed in the support wall 25.
