PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction of electric resistance by filling gaps between elementary wires at a connecting part of a lead wire, and achieve prevention of elementary wire breaking at the mouth part of a connecting tube part.SOLUTION: At a connector metal fitting, one end part of a lead wire 3 constituted by flat knitting copper wires is inserted into a connection tube part 6 for lead wire connection of a facing pair of clamps 1 which sandwich a catenary wire M and fastening-fix it by a bolt 7, and is compressed while remaining a mouth part 6a of the connection tube part. The other end is inserted into a connection tube part 10 for lead wire connection of a facing pair of ears 2 which sandwich a trolley wire T and fastening-fix it by a bolt 11, and is compressed while remaining a mouth part 10a of the connection tube part 10. Both end parts of the lead wire 3 is solder-finished in the range not approaching near the mouth parts of the connection tube parts 6 and 10 under a condition of being compressed together with the connection tube parts 6 and 10 of the clamps 1 and the ears 2.

    【課題】 リード線の接続部の素線の隙間を埋めて電気抵抗の低減を図ると共に、接続筒部の口元での素線切れの防止を図る。【解決手段】 コネクタ金具は、平編銅線からなるリード線3の一端部を、吊架線Mを挟み込でボルト7で締め付け固定する対向一対のクランプ1のリード線接続用の接続筒部6に挿入し、この接続筒部の口元部6aを残して圧縮し、他端部を、トロリ線Tを挟み込んでボルト11で締め付け固定する対向一対のイヤの2リード線接続用の接続筒部10に挿入し、この接続筒部10の口元部10aを残して圧縮する。リード線3の両端部は、クランプ1及びイヤ2の接続筒部6,10と共に圧縮した状態で接続筒部6,10の口元付近に至らない範囲でハンダ上げする。【選択図】 図1
