PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize a power storage device included in an electric railroad power supply facility.SOLUTION: A predicted power at a transformer station is calculated based on power incoming information from a power system to the transformer station, feeding information from the transformer station, charging and discharging information of a power storage device coupled to the transformer station and train operation information, and based on the calculated predicted power, a demand power prediction curve in the future is created. Then, based on the demand power prediction curve, a charging and discharging schedule of the power storage device is created, and charging and discharging operation of the power storage device is controlled according to the charging and discharging schedule.
