PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly body ensuring high airtightness and high liquid tightness between a first cylindrical portion and a second cylindrical portion irrespective of shapes of the first cylindrical portion and the second cylindrical portion.SOLUTION: A cross-sectional shape of a first cylindrical portion 41 perpendicular to an axis Ax1 is an incomplete round. A second cylindrical portion 42 is provided outside of the first cylindrical portion 41 so as to be coaxial with the first cylindrical portion 41, and formed so that a cross-sectional shape thereof perpendicular to an axis Ax2 corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the first cylindrical portion 41 perpendicular to the axis Ax1. A seal member 43 is formed into an annular shape out of a material having an elastic modulus equal to or lower than a predetermined value, disposed between the first cylindrical portion 41 and the second cylindrical portion 42, and can hold airtightness or liquid tightness between the first cylindrical portion 41 and the second cylindrical portion 42. In a cross-section of the seal member 43 perpendicular to a circumferential direction thereof, a length of the seal member 43 in a direction parallel to an axis Ax3 is larger than a length of the seal member 43 in a direction perpendicular to the axis Ax3.
