PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving battery degradation determination device for a vehicle capable of understanding degrading state of a driving battery with precision during travel.SOLUTION: A driving battery degradation determination device for a vehicle which determines degrading state of a driving battery 1 that is loaded on a vehicle includes a current sensor 23 for detecting a current value of a battery cell 1-n, a voltage sensor 21-n for detecting a voltage value of the battery cell 1-n, and a calculation device 11 which calculates a resistance value of the battery at a constant time interval from a current value detected with the current sensor 23 and a voltage value detected with the voltage sensor 21-n, the current value and voltage value detected during travel of a vehicle, calculates calculation precision of the resistance value that is calculated, and determines degrading state of the battery based on the resistance value if the calculation precision is within a determination threshold value for calculation precision that is preset.
