PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent harm such as a lifting member biting into a human body when the lifting member may come into contact with the human body during lifting in a lifting type device comprising a member which is lifted like a lifting rope type platform fence.SOLUTION: A lifting type device comprises a lifting type rope 12, etc. like a lifting type rope safety type, etc. A contact load force reduction structure, for example, a covering material 21, a cover member 31, a rotary member 41, and a rotary member 51, are provided on the surface part of the lifting type rope or the like. Because the contact load force reduction structure is provided on the surface part of the rope or the like which may be in contact with a human body when lifting the rope or the like, a force that applies a load to the human body during contact can be reduced greatly.

    【課題】昇降ロープ式ホーム柵のごとく昇降する部材を備えた昇降式装置で、昇降部材が昇降する際に人体に接触する可能性のあるとき、昇降部材の人体への食い込み等の危害を確実に防止できる。【解決手段】昇降式装置は、昇降式ロープ安全柵等のごとき、昇降式のロープ12等を備える昇降式装置であり、昇降式ロープ12等の表面部に接触負荷力低減構造、例えば、被覆素材21、カバー部材31、回転部材41、回転部材51を設けるように構成される。ロープ等が昇降する場合において人体に接触する可能性のあるロープ等の表面部に接触負荷力低減構造を設けたため、接触時に人体に与える負荷としての力は極めて低減される。【選択図】図2
