PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for achieving a novel creation method of a train diagram which pays attention to easiness of operation arrangement including shuttle service.SOLUTION: Creation of a train diagram is executed in the order of: creating a transport obstruction scenario including a transport obstruction which needs operation arrangement; creating candidates of a diagram which are pattern diagrams; creating a set of operation arrangement diagrams obtained by operation arrangement including shuttle service at a shuttle station for respective diagram candidates; evaluating by first evaluation to the diagram candidate using the set of operation arrangement diagrams; extracting the diagram candidate based on a result of the first evaluation; evaluating by second evaluation executing passenger flow simulation to the extracted diagram candidate; and selecting an optimal diagram candidate based on a result of the second evaluation.

    【課題】折り返し運転を含む運転整理のし易さに着目した列車ダイヤの新たな作成手法を実現するための技術の提供。【解決手段】列車ダイヤの作成は、運転整理を必要とする輸送障害を含む輸送障害シナリオの生成、パターンダイヤであるダイヤ候補の生成、折り返し駅での折り返し運転を含む運転整理を行った運転整理ダイヤ組を、ダイヤ候補それぞれについて生成、運転整理ダイヤ組を用いたダイヤ候補に対する1次評価、1次評価の結果に基づくダイヤ候補の抽出、抽出したダイヤ候補に対する旅客流動シミュレーションを実施した2次評価、2次評価の結果に基づく最適なダイヤ候補の選択、の順に行われる。【選択図】図1
