PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring harness and a method of inserting a wiring harness into an electrically-conducting path which can improve workability associated with the electrically-conducting path and the exterior member while adapting to the contour and the use condition of wiring target area.SOLUTION: A wiring harness 9 includes an electric wire 15 and an exterior member 16. The exterior member 16 includes plural types of cylinder parts 19, 20 having different cross-sectional shapes and sizes in the axial direction. The exterior member 16 includes an induction shape part 21 between adjacent cylinder parts 19, 20 of the plural types of cylinder parts 19, 20. The induction shape part 21 is provided as a part for guiding an electric wire 15 in the insertion of the electric wire 15. When the electric wire 15 is inserted into the exterior member 16, one end of the electric wire 15 is provided with a cap, and the electric wire 15 is passed through the induction shape part 21 with a side provided with the cap in the lead.
【課題】配索対象箇所の形状や使用環境に合わせつつ、導電路と外装部材とに係る作業性の向上を図ることが可能なワイヤハーネス及びワイヤハーネスの導電路挿通方法を提供する。【解決手段】ワイヤハーネス9は、電線15と外装部材16とを備えて構成される。外装部材16は、断面形状及びサイズが異なる筒部19、20を軸方向に複数種有する。また、外装部材16は、複数種の筒部19、20のうち隣り合う筒部19、20の間に誘導形状部21を有する。誘導形状部21は、電線15を挿通する際にこれを誘導する部分として設けられる。電線15を外装部材16に挿通する際には、電線15の一端にキャップを設け、このキャップを設けた側から誘導形状部21を通過させるようにする。【選択図】図2
