PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving power transmission control device capable of suppressing generation of drag torque when a temperature of a lubricant is low, while suppressing degradation of responsiveness.SOLUTION: A driving power transmission control device 2 capable of being switched to a connection state for torque-transmittably connecting a first rotating member 11 and a second rotating member 12, and a non-connection state, includes an engagement member 14 having a spline fitting portion 142a engaged with a spline fitting portion 110f of the first rotating member 11, a second frictional member 17 having a second frictional portion 172 frictionally slid on a first frictional portion 111b of the first rotating member 11, and a positioning mechanism 1A capable of positioning the second frictional member 17 on a plurality of positions in the axial direction. The positioning mechanism 1A positions the second frictional member 17 so that the lower a temperature of a lubricant L existing between the first frictional portion 111b and the second frictional portion 172 is, the wider a distance between the first frictional portion 111b and the second frictional portion 172 in the non-connection state.
