PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor front part structure of an automobile capable of suppressing degradation of a lower leg disorder value caused by jumping of a toe part at the time of vehicle collision, without causing a problem such as degradation in energy absorption function, sound shielding, sound absorbing function, layout property, and increase in cost and weight.SOLUTION: A floor front part structure of an automobile includes a tibia plate 18 which is arranged on an upper surface of a floor front part 13b where a foot of a passenger in an assistant driver seat is positioned. The tibia plate 18 has at least a longitudinal length from a toe portion of a passenger to an ankle portion. A recess 18j extending in longitudinal direction of a vehicle is formed at the tibia plate 18, and an on-vehicle tool 28 is housed in the recess 18j.
