PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger, a vehicular air conditioning device, a vehicle, and a method of manufacturing a heat exchanger, capable of reducing breakage due to collision with foreign substance while suppressing increase in size of a heat exchanger and degradation of heat exchanging efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes a pair of tanks 14a, 14b which are arranged with an interval and contain a refrigerant flow path in which refrigerant flows, a tube 15 which is arranged to bridge the pair of tanks 14a, 14b and has the refrigerant flow path in which refrigerant flows, and a wire 17 which is bridged between the pair of tanks 14a, 14b, to be disposed in front of a front end of the tube 15, having a linear expansion coefficient being a linear expansion coefficient of the tube 15 or less, for regulating displacement of the pair of tanks 14a, 14b in the direction coming away from each other.
