PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which has tribological characteristics such as wear resistance and provides advantages such as tensile strength, slidability and heat resistance by improving compatibility and reducing interfacial peeling compared to the case of mixing silicone oil.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic resin composition which is obtained by blending 0.5 to 20 pts.wt. of an acrylic modified polyorganosiloxane (II) obtained by emulsion graft polymerization of a mixture of (i) a polyorganosiloxane represented by the formula (1), (ii) an acrylic acid ester monomer and/or a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer and (iii) a monomer copolymerizable therewith, based on 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin (I) containing at least one atom of nitrogen, sulfur and chlorine. (R is an alkyl group or an aryl group; X is an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkoxy group or a hydroxyl group; Y or X is the same or different group represented by -[O-Si(X)]-X; and at least two of X and Y are a hydroxyl group.)

    【課題】シリコーンオイルを混合した場合よりも相溶性を改善し、界面剥離を減少させ耐摩耗性等のトライボロジー特性を持たせた熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供する。【解決手段】窒素、硫黄、塩素の少なくとも1種の原子を含む熱可塑性樹脂(I)100質量部に対し、(i)式(1)で示されるポリオルガノシロキサンと、(ii)アクリル酸エステル単量体又はメタアクリル酸エステル単量体と、(iii)これと共重合可能な単量体との混合物を乳化グラフト重合させて得られるアクリル変性ポリオルガノシロキサン(II)0.5〜20質量部を配合してなる熱可塑性樹脂組成物。(Rはアルキル基又はアリール基、Xはアルキル基、アリール基、アルコキシ基又はヒドロキシル基、YはX又は−[O−Si(X)2]c−Xで示される同一又は異種の基で、X及びY中の少なくとも2個はヒドロキシル基。)【効果】引張強度、摺動性、耐熱性などの利点を付与する。【選択図】なし
