PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely cope with abnormality on the bypass circuit side, in a configuration for providing a bypass circuit in parallel with a light emitting element.SOLUTION: A vehicular lighting fixture is provided with one or a plurality of bypass parts connected in parallel with at least a part of light emitting elements among the plurality of light emitting elements connected in series, and forming or cutting off a bypass passage of a light emitting drive current for putting the light emitting element in an extinction state in response to a bypass control signal, and is also provided with abnormality detection part for generating a state signal of indicating whether the bypass part is a normal state or an abnormal state. When generating a signal of indicating that the bypass part is abnormal as this state signal, the light emitting drive current from a power source part for a light source is reduced or its supply is stopped.
