PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that makes a cooler in a housing less likely to be damaged during a collision in a connection structure where an outer refrigerant pipe and an inner refrigerant pipe are connected at a housing wall of an on-vehicle device.SOLUTION: In a connection structure 10, a tube 23 in a housing and an outer refrigerant pipe 40 at the exterior of the housing are connected at a housing wall 14. A joint pipe 30 fits in a through hole 16 provided at the housing wall 14. The tube 23 fits in the joint pipe 30 from the inner side of the housing, and the outer refrigerant pipe 40 fits in the joint pipe 30 from the outer side of the housing. A space Sp is secured between a tip of the tube 23 and a tip of the outer refrigerant pipe 40 in the joint pipe 30. A flange 42a is provided at an outer periphery of the outer refrigerant pipe 40, and the flange 42a contacts with a flange 31 of the joint pipe 30.

    【課題】本明細書は、車載機器の筐体壁にて外部冷媒管と内部冷媒管を連結する連結構造に関し、衝突時に筐体内部の冷却器がダメージを受け難い構造を提供する。【解決手段】連結構造10は、筐体内部のチューブ23と筐体外部の外部冷媒管40とを筐体壁14にて連結する構造である。筐体壁14に設けられた貫通孔16に継手管30が嵌合している。チューブ23は筐体内側から継手管30に嵌合しているとともに、外部冷媒管40が筐体外側から継手管30に嵌合している。継手管30の内部にてチューブ23の先端と外部冷媒管40の先端の間に隙間Spが確保されている。外部冷媒管40の外周にフランジ42aが設けられており、そのフランジ42aが、継手管30のフランジ31と当接している。【選択図】図4
