PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability in a pressure buffer device which uses a magnetic force to adjust a damping force.SOLUTION: A hydraulic shock absorber 1 includes: a cylinder part which stores a liquid; a valve port 421P through which a fluid in the cylinder part flows; a valve 422 which opens and closes the valve port 421P; a solenoid unit which generates a magnetic force; and pressing parts (a transmission part 43, a moving plate 44) which press the valve 422 to the valve port 421P by using the magnetic force without applying the magnetic force generated by the solenoid unit to the valve 422.

    【課題】磁力を用いて減衰力の調整を行う圧力緩衝装置における装置の信頼性を向上させる。【解決手段】油圧緩衝装置1は、液体を収容するシリンダ部と、シリンダ部内の液体が流れるバルブポート421Pと、バルブポート421Pを開閉するバルブ422と、磁力を発生させるソレノイドユニットと、ソレノイドユニットが発生する磁力をバルブ422に与えずに、磁力によってバルブ422をバルブポート421Pに押付ける押付部(伝達部43,移動プレート44)とを備える。【選択図】図4
