PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive device for correctly informing a rotation direction and rotation speed of each of drums 11 and 21 during a free fall.SOLUTION: By determining a state in which a free fall is possible based on clutch release pressure values detected by clutch release pressure sensors 176 and 177, the rotation direction of drums 11 and 21 is determined as the winding-down direction. This allows rotation speed detection, and the rotation directions of the drums 11 and 21 are correctly informed by providing one rotation sensor that cannot detect the rotation direction in each of the drums 11 and 21.

    【課題】フリーフォール時の各ドラム11,21の回転方向と回転速度とを正しく報知できる装置を安価に実現する。【解決手段】クラッチ解除圧力検出センサ176,177で検出されるクラッチ解除圧に基づいてフリーフォール可能な状態になったと判断し、ドラム11,21の回転方向を巻き下げ方向であると判定する。これにより回転速度の検出が可能であるが、回転方向の検出ができない回転センサを各ドラム11,21に1つずつ設けることで、ドラム11,21の回転方向を正しく報知できる。【選択図】図2
