PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting structure which prevents components from coming off even when the component are deformed due to an input load in an emergency and deformed by its reaction in a returning direction.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a component mounting structure in which a locking pawl 4 arranged at a mounting component 3 is inserted into and locked to a pawl locking hole 2 arranged at a mounting base material 1. The locking pawl 4 has a first elastic pawl 12 which can be locked in normal assembly, at a front stage in an inserting direction 11 with respect to the pawl locking hole 2. In addition, the locking pawl 4 has a second elastic pawl 13 which can be locked when a load is input in an emergency, at a rear stage in the inserting direction 11 with respect to the pawl locking hole 2. Then, the second elastic pawl 13 has a stronger locking force against the pawl locking hole 2 than the locking force of the first elastic pawl 12.
