PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve earthquake resistance by suppressing whirling of a rotor in a stepping motor drive-type control valve.SOLUTION: In a control valve 1, a rotor 31 has the hollow shape, a body 5 (second body 8) has a circular boss portion 52 formed on an opposite surface to the rotor 31 coaxially with a valve hole 24, and a slide bearing 36 disposed between the valve hole 24 and the circular boss portion 52 coaxially to the valve hole 24. A rack guide 44 has the stepped cylindrical shape in which a large-diameter portion 46 and a small-diameter portion 48 are coaxially integrally molded in the axial direction, the large-diameter portion 46 is fitted to be inserted to the circular boss portion 52 and fixed to the body 5, and the small-diameter portion 48 is extended to an internal space of the rotor 31. An operation rod 32 is disposed to be penetrated through the internal space of the rotor 31, and rotatably supported while applying the slide bearing 36 as a bearing at one end side, and the small-diameter portion 48 as a bearing at the other end side.

    【課題】ステッピングモータ駆動式の制御弁において、ロータの振れ回りを抑制して耐震性を向上させる。【解決手段】制御弁1において、ロータ31は中空形状をなし、ボディ5(第2ボディ8)は、ロータ31との対向面に弁孔24と同軸に形成された円ボス部52と、弁孔24と円ボス部52との間に弁孔24と同軸に設けられた滑り軸受36とを有する。ラックガイド44は、大径部46と小径部48とが軸線方向に同軸に一体成形された段付筒状をなし、大径部46が円ボス部52に挿通されるように嵌合してボディ5に固定され、小径部48がロータ31の内部空間に延出する。作動ロッド32は、ロータ31の内部空間を貫通するように設けられ、滑り軸受36を一端側の軸受とし、小径部48を他端側の軸受として回転可能に支持されている。【選択図】図1
