PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively alleviate impact energy applied to a seat back by restricting movements of a load mounted on a cargo chamber when moving to the front of a vehicle without increasing the weight of a seat and the vehicle.SOLUTION: A hook member 4 comprises a base part 4a fixed on the side of a vehicle body 5 on the front side of a cargo chamber 3, a hook part 4b projected upward of the base part to hook a rope or a net, and a tip part 4c extended from the hook part to the front side of the vehicle. Further, the hook part 4b and the tip part 4c are bent so as to form a near L shape in a vehicle side view. Therefore, when a load 3 moves to the front of the vehicle to come in contact with the hook member 4 under a predetermined or more impact energy, the hook part 4b of the hook member 4 is bent to the front side of the vehicle to come in contact with an attachment face of the base part 4a, thereby restricting a further deformation of the hook part 4b.

    【課題】 シートの重量、しいては車両の重量を増すことなく、荷室に搭載された荷物が車両前方に移動した際に、その荷物の移動を規制し、シートバックに与える衝突エネルギーを効果的に軽減する。【解決手段】 フック部材4を、荷室3の前方側で車体5側に固定された基部4aと、該基部から上方へ突設され、ロープまたはネットが掛けられる引掛かり部4bと、該引掛かり部から車両前方側へ向けて延設された先端部4cとを備えた構成とし、さらに、引掛かり部4bと先端部4cとを車両側面視で略L字形状を成すように折曲した形状とし、もって、荷物3が車両前方へ移動して所定以上の衝撃エネルギーでフック部材4に当たった際に、フック部材4の引掛り部4bが車両前方側へ折れ曲げられ、フック部材4の先端部4cが基部4aの取り付け面に当たり、それ以上の引掛り部4bの変形が規制される構成としている。【選択図】 図5
