PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a rotation load of a rotating body to be reduced when rotation of the rotating body relative to a supporting body is started.SOLUTION: In a vehicle door mirror device 10, when a visor and a mirror are stored, a third storage corner 32E of a storage body 26 is slid to a first rising corner 24F of a stand 20 when rotation of the storage body 26 is started, so that the storage body 26 is displaced upward relative to the stand 20. Further, a second rising corner 48D of a cancel detent 46 is slid to a maintaining inclined plane 34A of the storage body 26 so that the cancel detent 46 is displaced downward relative to the storage body 26. This allows a rotation load of the storage body 26 to be reduced.

    【課題】支持体に対する回動体の回動が開始される際に回動体の回動荷重を小さくする。【解決手段】車両用ドアミラー装置10では、バイザ及びミラーが格納される際に、格納体26の回動が開始される際において、格納体26の第3格納角部32Eがスタンド20の第1起立角部24Fに摺動されて、格納体26がスタンド20に対し上側に変位される。さらに、キャンセルディテント46の第2起立角部48Dが格納体26の維持傾斜面34Aに摺動されて、キャンセルディテント46が格納体26に対し下側に変位される。このため、格納体26の回動荷重を小さくできる。【選択図】図4
