PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater sound measuring device which can measure underwater radiation noise accurately and easily.SOLUTION: An underwater sound measuring device 10A comprises a data collection part 20A that has a hydrophone 13 for detecting underwater sound and a recording part 11A for detection data, a float part 30A that makes the data collection part 20A float underwater, and a wire rope 50A of a fastening part that connects between the data collection part 20A and a buoy 40A that is an on-water floating body.
