PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of achieving reduction in the power consumption of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A power supply system includes: a main battery 3 supplying electric power to a travel motor; an accessory battery 4 supplying electric power to accessories; and an auxiliary battery 5 temporarily storing electric power generated by a photovoltaic power generator 9. The power supply system includes a first power supply device (DC/DC converter) 6 supplying the electric power of the main battery 3 to the accessories and the accessory battery 4; and a second power supply device (DC/DC converter) 8 supplying the electric power of the auxiliary battery 5 to the accessories and the accessory battery 4. If a power remaining capacity of the auxiliary battery 5 is smaller than a predetermined auxiliary-battery-residual-capacity allowable value, the first power supply device 6 of the power supply system outputs a first voltage higher than an output voltage of the accessory battery 4 and the second power supply device 8 thereof outputs no voltage. On the other hand, if the power remaining capacity of the auxiliary battery 5 is equal to or larger than the auxiliary-battery-residual-capacity allowable value, the first power supply device 6 and the second power supply device 8 each output a second voltage lower than the first voltage and equal to or higher than the output voltage of the accessory battery 4.

    【課題】電気自動車の消費電力を低減することができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】電源システムは、走行用モータに電力を供給するメイン電池3と、補機に電力を供給する補機電池4と、太陽光発電機9で発電される電力を一時的に蓄える補助電池5とを備えている。その電源システムは、メイン電池の電力を補機及び補機電池に供給する第1電源装置(DC/DCコンバータ)6と、補助電池の電力を補機及び補機電池に供給する第2電源装置(DC/DCコンバータ)8とを備えている。その電源システムは、補助電池の電力残量が所定の補助電池残量許容値より小さい場合には、第1電源装置が補機電池の出力電圧より高い第1電圧を出力する一方、第2電源装置は電圧を出力しない。一方、補助電池の電力残量が所定の補助電池残量許容値以上の場合には、第1電源装置及び第2電源装置が、第1電圧よりも低くかつ補機電池の出力電圧以上である第2電圧を出力する。【選択図】図6
