PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress, when using a perforated flat plate, variation of internal pressures of a plurality of passages formed in the perforated flat plate.SOLUTION: A battery temperature control mechanism comprises: a plurality of battery cells 30; and a perforated flat plate 21. The perforated flat plate 21 includes: straight parts 22; and curved parts 23 each of which is bent in a U-shape and connects the adjacent straight parts 22 to each other. Each of the straight parts 22 is disposed between the adjacent battery cells 30. Inside the perforated flat plate 21, there are formed: a plurality of passages 24 to 28 which extend from one end side toward the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the perforated flat plate, and inside of which a heat exchange medium flows; and a communication passage 29 which extends in the direction intersecting the extension direction of the plurality of passages 24 to 28 so as to make the plurality of passages 24 to 28 communicate with one another.
