PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent thermal deformation of a resin component for vehicle in which a plating layer is formed on one side surface that forms design surface of a car body.SOLUTION: A plurality of clip seats 5 having a U-like cross section are integrally formed, so as to stride over protruding surface parts 1a, 1b respectively, on a rear surface that is on the side opposite to a front surface where a plating layer 2 of a hood garnish 1 is formed. Thus, even if a thermal load is applied on the hood garnish 1, the thermal deformation at upper and lower end parts of the hood garnish 1 which is based on a difference in linear expansion coefficient between resin and plating metal, is prevented by a reinforcing action of each clip seat 5, preventing degradation in appearance caused by thermal deformation of the hood garnish 1.
【課題】車体の意匠面を形成する一方面にめっき層が形成されて成る車両用樹脂部品の熱変形を防止できるようにする。【解決手段】フードガーニッシュ1のめっき層2が形成された前面と反対側の後面に突面部1a,1bそれぞれを跨ぐように、断面コ字状を有する複数のクリップ座5を一体に形成する。そのため、フードガーニッシュ1に熱負荷がかかっても、樹脂とめっき金属との線膨張係数の違いに基づくフードガーニッシュ1の上下端部の熱変形を、各クリップ座5の補強作用により防止することができ、フードガーニッシュ1の熱変形による見栄えの低下を未然に防止することができる。【選択図】図1
