PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a start control device and a start control method capable of improving start-up performance while suppressing reduction in the life of a clutch disc.SOLUTION: A start control device 4 of a vehicle including a supercharger 2 and a mechanical automatic transmission 12, comprises: a turbine-rotation-start control unit 31 exerting a turbine rotation start control to rotate a turbine 3 by injecting fuel from a fuel injector 11 without engaging a clutch by the mechanical automatic transmission 12; a supercharging-pressure-increase control unit 32 exerting a supercharging pressure increase control to increase a supercharging pressure of the supercharger 2 by applying a load to an engine 1 after the turbine rotation start control; and a start execution control unit 33 exerting a start execution control to start the vehicle by injecting the fuel from the fuel injector and engaging the clutch by the mechanical automatic transmission 12 after the supercharging pressure increase control.

    【課題】クラッチ板の寿命低下を抑制しつつ発進性を改善することができる発進制御装置及び発進制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】過給機2と機械式自動変速装置12とを備えた車両の発進制御装置4であって、停止している車両のアクセルペダルが踏み込まれた場合に、機械式自動変速装置12によりクラッチを接続させることなく燃料噴射装置11から燃料を噴射させることにより、タービン3を回転させるタービン回転始動制御を行うタービン回転始動制御部31と、タービン回転始動制御の後に、エンジン1に負荷を与えることにより、過給機2の過給圧力を上げる過給圧力上昇制御を行う過給圧力上昇制御部32と、過給圧力上昇制御の後に、燃料噴射装置11から燃料を噴射させるとともに、機械式自動変速装置12によりクラッチを接続させることにより、車両を発進させる発進実行制御を行う発進実行制御部33と、を備える。【選択図】図2
