PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control system for two-wheeled vehicle having an ABS function in which a vehicle control unit integrated with a caliper, a wheel speed sensor, a sensor rotor and the like can be surely protected from an external factor and the number of components and the assembling man-hour can be reduced.SOLUTION: A sensor rotor 11 of a brake control system for two-wheeled vehicle having a disc rotor D, a pair of facing brake pads 2, 2, a caliper 3 having an actuator part 4 pressing the brake pads and a reaction part 5, the sensor rotor 11 integrally rotating with an axle A, and a wheel speed sensor 12 detecting rotation speed of the sensor rotor is arranged between a wheel W and the disc rotor D, the wheel speed sensor 12 is assembled to the reaction part 5 of the caliper to be disposed between the wheel W and the disc rotor D, and sensing parts of the wheel speed sensor 12 are made to face each other with a prescribed gap in the outer periphery of the sensor rotor 11.
【課題】ABS機能を有する二輪車用ブレーキ装置について、キャリパに一体化する車両制御ユニットは勿論、車輪速センサやセンサロータなども外的要因から確実に保護できるようにし、さらに、部品数や組付け工数の削減なども併せて可能ならしめること課題としている。【解決手段】ディスクロータDと、対向一対のブレーキパッド2,2と、そのブレーキパッドを押圧するアクチュエータ部4と反作用部5を具備したキャリパ3と、車軸Aと一体に回転するセンサロータ11と、そのセンサロータの回転速度を検出する車輪速センサ12とを有する二輪車用ブレーキ装置のセンサロータ11を車輪WとディスクロータDとの間に配置し、車輪速センサ12をキャリパの反作用部5に組み付けて車輪WとディスクロータDとの間に配置し、その車輪速センサ12の受感部をセンサロータ11の外周に所定のギャップを保って対面させた。【選択図】図1
