PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance between improvements in speed controllability and acceleration-deceleration controllability by means of an operator in switchover between drive force control and braking-force control in a configuration for performing braking-driving power control by using a single-unit operator.SOLUTION: A control apparatus includes a braking-driving-force requirement value map in which an operation zone for an operator is divided into three zones that is, starting from a lower limit value of the operation zone to an upper limit value thereof, a first braking-driving-force control zone (ACA 1), a second braking-driving-force control zone (ACA 2), and a driving-force control zone (ACA 3), with a change gradient of a braking-force requirement value for the second braking-driving-force control zone (ACA 2) is set the same as a pre-set change gradient of a driving-force requirement value for the driving-force control zone (ACA 3).
