A pressure hull 1 for human occupancy, which is manufactured using an additive manufacturing process. This results in increased structural integrity and safety for the occupants of the pressure hull. The pressure hull may have a hull wall (100, Fig 3) and at least one aperture fitting (41, Fig 3) formed integrally with the hull wall. A method of manufacturing a pressure hull for human occupancy, using an additive manufacturing process is also disclosed. A method of additive manufacturing where a first metal is deposited by an additive manufacturing process and then a second, different, metal is deposited, abutting the first metal, by the same additive manufacturing process.
