A method of predicting and assigning an asset integrity grade to a vessel which has not been inspected comprising: collecting data from a plurality of vessels, at least some of such data resulting from inspections of the plurality of vessels; cleansing the data; categorising the data; loading the data into a data warehouse; inputting the data from the data warehouse into a prediction engine; upon receiving as an input to the prediction engine, data identifying a vessel which has not been inspected, using the prediction engine to generate a prediction of an asset integrity grade of the vessel which has not been inspected, using the data from the data warehouse; and providing a visualisation on a display of the prediction of the asset integrity grade of the vessel which has not been inspected.
