A system 120 comprises: a cushion 126 including a plurality of tactors 122, 124 and a plurality of air bladders 123 adjacent the plurality of tactors; a pump assembly operably connected to the plurality of bladders; a processor 130; and a memory operatively coupled to the processor. The memory includes instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: determine an inflation sequence for the plurality of air bladders; determine a deflation sequence for the plurality of air bladders; output commands to the pump assembly corresponding to the inflation/deflation sequence; and output vibrate commands to the tactors. The system may further comprise an aircraft controller and the processor may: receive a signal from the aircraft controller 112, determine a vibration sequence for the tactors based on the received signal; output vibration commands to the tactors. Also disclosed is an ejection seat 110 comprising a seatback 140 and seat bucket 142 which each comprise a cushion. Each cushion comprises a plurality of tactors and a plurality of air bladder. A controller is operably coupled to the tactors and air bladders and sends vibration commands to the tactors and inflation commands to the air bladders.
