A floating cable connection 38 for an offshore structure (12, Fig 3) such as a floating wind turbine comprises two or more substantially parallel elongate tubes 48 each comprising an internal passageway for accommodating a respective cable 14. At least one buoyant element 84 is fixed to the tubes and support formations 86 fixed relative to the or each buoyant element are arranged to hold the tubes in an upright orientation on the offshore structure. The buoyant element may comprise a hollow housing 72 containing at least one electrical connector such as a junction box 74 within a watertight internal compartment. The, or each, connector may electrically connect upper ends of the cables to each other. A structure with the floating cable connection and a method of using the floating cable connection are also disclosed.
