Provided is an operation management device comprising: an information acquisition unit (40) that acquires information necessary for charging an in-vehicle battery (3) of a vehicle (1) from the vehicle (1) that enters a charging facility (10) where charging spaces (12, 21 to 23) equipped with power transmission devices (13, 24 to 26) having different amounts of transmission power exist together; and an optimization unit (40) that optimizes, on the basis of the acquired information, the content of a charging schedule for increasing the amount of charge in the in-vehicle battery (3) to a target amount of charge by means of charging by the power transmission devices (13, 24 to 26) in the empty charging spaces (12, 21 to 23) such that the power consumption in the charging facility (10) is kept at or below a maximum allowable power.
