A precise parking system and method for a vehicle. The precise parking system for a vehicle comprises a spot provided with a base station and a parking rack, and a vehicle, and further comprises a first communication module, a second communication module, and a control module. The first communication module sends a broadcast signal comprising the number of available parking racks of the spot. The second communication module receives the broadcast signal and sends same to the control module. The control module compares the number of available parking racks in the broadcast signal with a preset number threshold, and controls, according to the comparison result, the vehicle lock to be locked or unlocked. Thus, a parking regulating function is provided while meeting the user's demand for easy use and convenient vehicle return.
