The invention refers to a valve support with sealing means and a brake control system using said valve support. Said valve 5 support comprises a through bore (7) positioned longitudinally within the valve support, and has a geometry consisting of two substantially cuboid pieces forming a single body, namely a base and a rib placed on top of the base, where the transversal area of the rib is smaller than the transversal area of the base and 10 the base and the rib have the same length along a longitudinal horizontal symmetry axis and the position of the rib on top of the base can move along a transversal line (r-r}. A braking system using the valve support is also claimed.
