An electrical coupling for aerospace applications including an interposer 4 arranged to connect an electrical connecter 1 including a plurality of electrical contacts to an electrical circuit 10 including a plurality of electrical conductors, the interposer including a body arranged to surround each electrical contact at a portion of the body proximate in use to the electrical conductors, the body including a plurality of ducts 7 each arranged around an electrical contact and extending from the body along at least part of the length of each contact towards the electrical connector. There is also a coupling including a body configured to be integrated with a surface, for example by co-curing a peripheral flange (32, figure 4) into a laminate composite portion of an aircraft structure. There is also an aircraft anti-icing system including a coupling having a housing with a peripheral flange. The contacts may include a biasing arrangement (figure 3) such as a spring (15).
