A turbocharger housing 138 includes a first and second fluid passages 148, 150; the first fluid passage includes an exhaust gas inlet 142, a volute 152, and an exhaust gas outlet 153. The volute extends from the exhaust gas inlet in a circumferential direction relative to a central axis of the exhaust gas outlet. The second fluid passage extends parallel to the first fluid passage between the exhaust gas inlet and the exhaust gas outlet. The second fluid passage includes an outlet opening that is offset from the exhaust gas outlet. The second fluid passage may be a coolant passage for cooling exhaust gas flowing in the first fluid passage. A turbocharger with a plurality of flow paths and fastener openings [fig.5, 172].
