A method of installing a manifold at a subsea structure (such as an xmas tree, riser base, pump or compressor station) includes providing a manifold 20 with an integral spool 22, lowering the manifold to the structure, and fluidically connecting the manifold with the subsea structure and the spool to a subsea pipeline, to thereby provide a fluid connection between the subsea structure and the subsea pipeline. The manifold may be attached to the spool by a welded flange. The manifold may include branch piping (23, fig. 18) having one or more valves 24.
