A method for controlling a relative attitude of spacecrafts having multi-source disturbances and actuator saturation, comprising: constructing a kinematics model of the relative attitude between a chase spacecraft and a target spacecraft, establishing a disturbance observer based on the model, establishing a radial basis neural network based on the relative attitude, forming a composite observer consisting of the disturbance observer and an extended state observer, estimating the multi-source disturbances using the neural network and the composite observer, and designing a composite controller and an anti-saturation compensator.
