A modular electric vehicle comprising a passenger cabin, a land unit, or road chassis and an air unit, or aero module capable of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL). Each of the three modules has its own battery that can be charged separately. The passenger cabin can be interchanged between the land and air units. The land platform can move independently and can be interchanged between different passenger cabins. The air unit can move independently and can be interchanged between different passenger cabins.
