The invention relates to a winged structure and movable machines, particularly flying machines, comprising such a winged structure. The winged structure (1) comprises at least one front wing (5) and one rear wing (6) which are connected therebetween via at least one distal fastener (7) and one proximal fastener (8) including an elongate body (3), such as to form a closed polygon. The mean chord C of the front wing (5), the normal cord Ca of the front wing (5) on the distal fastener (7), the shifts H and h on the proximal fastener (8) between the front (5) and rear (6) wings along orthogonal axes (A) and (B), the corresponding shifts Ha and ha on the distal fastener (7), and the minimal distance Ea between the walls of the front (5) and rear (6) wings comply with specific equations, thus making it possible to optimize the properties of the winged structure (1).
