The device comprises expansion controlling unit (4), a device (7) for regulating the control unit, and a device for adjusting the positioning of the regulating device according to a first axis (8). The adjusting device is arranged to move into the expansion device according to the first axis. The device for adjusting the positioning of the regulating device comprises a main shaft (9) that is adapted to be moved with respect to a second axis (10) that is different from the first axis, and a unit for reducing a torque effort exerted on the main shaft. The second axis intersects the first axis. The device comprises expansion controlling unit (4), a device (7) for regulating the control unit, and a device for adjusting the positioning of the regulating device according to a first axis (8). The adjusting device is arranged to move into the expansion device according to the first axis. The device for adjusting the positioning of the regulating device comprises a main shaft (9) that is adapted to be moved with respect to a second axis (10) that is different from the first axis, and a unit for reducing a torque effort exerted on the main shaft. The second axis intersects the first axis, and is perpendicular to the first axis. The main shaft is arranged in the expansion device so as to effect the translation movement along the second axis. The torque effort reduction unit is positioned between the main shaft and the regulating device, and comprises a surface bearing against the regulating device. The surface is inclined with respect to the second axis, is provided on a truncated cone integral with the main shaft and is formed on a wedge movable in translation along the second axis and fixed against rotation. The surface includes a track with increased diameter carried on the truncated cone. The wedge is connected to the main shaft by a helical connection. The torque effort reduction unit comprises a spring for generating a force that is combined with a force generated by the main shaft, a first bevel gear engaged with the main shaft to rotates a second bevel gear provided on an intermediate shaft connected to the regulating device by a helical connection, an endless screw arranged on the main shaft, and a spur gear arranged on the intermediate shaft connected to the regulating device by the helical connection. The regulating device is arranged in the expansion device so as to move according to a translational movement. The device comprises a body delimited by a first lateral face, a second lateral face and a third lateral face, an inlet orifice, by which the refrigerant fluid is adapted to enter the expansion device, formed in a plane of the first lateral face, an outlet orifice, by which the refrigerant fluid is adapted to out the expansion device, formed in a plane of the second lateral face, a conduit for circulating the refrigerant fluid extending between the inlet and outlet orifices, and a unit for controlling the expansion accommodated in the circulation conduit. An independent claim is included for a member for managing an expansion of a refrigerant fluid.
