The arrangement has a catadioptric unit (18) to reflect a luminous flow emitted towards a loading space when a back swinging door is opened to 180 degrees with respect to an opening of the loading space and when the door is opened to 90 degrees with respect to the opening. The catadioptric unit has a clip engaged with an orifice formed in the door. A lateral wall (164) and an inner face (160) of the door respectively comprise recesses to receive branches (180, 182) of L-shaped piece of the unit so that the unit does not project with respect to a body surface of a motor vehicle.
