The invention relates to a system for managing an installation according to the efficiency level of a vehicle, which comprises: means (2) for determining the amount of fuel consumed by a vehicle (1); means (3) for determining the distance travelled by a vehicle (1); means (5) for determining the efficiency of the vehicle (1) according to the distance travelled and the amount of fuel used; transmission means (4) for transmitting data that determine the efficiency of the vehicle (1) to receiving means; and receiving means (6) for receiving data that determine the efficiency of the vehicle (1), which are connected to a processing centre (7), the processing centre (7) being configured to manage the use of an installation by the vehicle (1), according to the determined efficiency of the vehicle (1).
