Provided are a train control method, a storage medium, an on-board controller (400), and a train. The method comprises: when there is a communication failure in a target train, determining a target failure type of the communication failure in the target train; determining a target control strategy for the target train according to the target failure type and a preset correlation between a failure type and a control policy; and according to the target control strategy, controlling the target train to run.
