The invention relates to a novel form of wiper blade element (1) having increased dimensions, so that, for each linear millimetre of the wiper blade element (1) measured along the longitudinal axis of elongation (X), a surface area of a bearing face (10) of the wiper blade element (1) against a glazed surface (SV) is greater than 0.25 mm². In addition, the wiper blade element (1) comprises a solid body (12) configured to enable a hingeless connection to a support element of a windscreen wiper blade, and a support body (13) taking the form of a continuous or discontinuous structure. The support body (13) thus includes macrostructures (131) and microstructures that make the bearing face (10) complex, discontinuous and larger in surface area than the known wiper blade elements.
